How to Prepare A Cranberry Lemon Relish

Cranberry lemon relish is loved by kids as well as adults. Preparing a cranberry relish is not difficult still it require you to devote your time and energy with full enthusiasm. With a hint of lemon you can prepare a mouth watering cranberry relish which will surely be adored by the guests.

Properly chop the fresh cranberries in a food processor. Now add sugar to chopped cranberries and place them in a stainless steel bowl.

Use a plastic wrap to the cover the cranberries bowl and refrigerate it for 24 hours. This will allow the sugar to soak properly in the cranberries.

After refrigeration of 24 hours of the above prepared mixture add the finely chopped celery, drained crushed pineapple, chopped pecans and lemon zest to it.

Boil lemon juice, pineapple juice and lemonade in a pan. After a boil add the lemon jell-o, to the mixture. Keep on stirring the solution until the jell-o is dissolved.

Now add the cranberry mixture to the above prepared mixture and properly mix all the ingredients

You can serve Cranberry Lemon Relish with turkey chicken or pork , but remember to serve cold as cold Cranberry Lemon Relish gives a better flavor.
